Responsive Nature
The best in service and response time is the heart and soul of JRBSE. The construction support world is one critical deadline and one fire after another. Often as the connection engineer, we are the tip of the sword in the preparation and approval of the steel shop drawings. Simply put, we never let a question go longer than 24 hours before we provide a response.
We make responsiveness a critical aspect of our service. In addition, major submittals to our detailing team are always ready and waiting once the model is built. You will always reach us by phone, email or text. You will have the owner’s personal cell phone to ensure this is the case. JRB Structural Engineering is set up as an extremely efficient and low overhead operation. Fees for engineering services will compete with any other firm you consider, both domestic and foreign, without compromising the excellent service you expect. We will only consider change orders for work you approve and only when necessary.
